There are now five Newcastle United TV matches coming up.

The latest Premier League round of matches released.

An official announcement (see below) from the club revealing the news.

This announcement relates to the 35th round of Premier League matches across the first weekend in May.

There were already three Newcastle United TV matches confirmed, now Brighton away will be shown on Sunday 4 May at 2pm by Sky Sports.

As well as that, the postponed Newcastle v Palace match will also now be shown live by Sky Sports, making it five Newcastle United TV matches now confirmed. We already knew it was to be played at 7.30pm on Wednesday 16 April but now the broadcaster has added it to the live TV schedule.

Official club announcement on Newcastle United TV matches – 28 February 2025:

‘Newcastle United’s Premier League fixtures against Crystal Palace and Brighton & Hove Albion have been selected for live television coverage, with the latter being rescheduled.

The Magpies’ visit of Oliver Glasner’s Eagles will still take place on Wednesday, 16th April at 7.30pm (BST) but the game will now be shown live on Sky Sports.

Eddie Howe’s side, however, were due to face Brighton on Saturday, 3rd May, with kick-off set at 3pm (BST) but the fixture at the Amex Stadium will now take place a day later at 2pm (BST). That game will also be shown live on Sky Sports.

Any further alterations to United’s fixture schedule will be confirmed on newcastleunited.com in due course.’
