AC Milan are up against Hellas Verona this evening and just a few minutes ago, Paulo Fonseca named his starting XI for the clash. As expected, Alex Jimenez and Filippo Terracciano are playing from start.
Compared to the 0-0 draw against Genoa, Fonseca has made one change to the XI by bringing in Terracciano from start. He has also moved Tijjani Reijnders to the No.10 position, instead of the usual role in the midfield tandem.
There are some notable absences, including Yunus Musah, Christian Pulisic and Alvaro Morata. The latter is battling tonsillitis and it remains to be seen when he will be back, but most likely for the game against Roma after Christmas.
It will be very interesting to see this XI in action, above all Jimenez and Terracciano. Fonseca has certainly lived up to his words about relying on youngsters.
