Real Madrid and Arsenal are all set to square off in April in what will be a clash of the heavyweights in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals.

The first leg of the tie will be played on April 8 at the Emirates Stadium before the two giants collide again on April 16 at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Leading up to the clash, Arsenal could be set for a huge boost on the injury front as one of their most crucial players might be poised to make a comeback.

Indeed, according to journalist Charles Watts, the Gunners are hopeful of recovering Bukayo Saka in time for next week’s game against Fulham, which would mean the Englishman could be available to face Real Madrid.

Saka has been out of action since December with a hamstring injury but has been making steady progress in his recovery, with his return said to be on the horizon.

As such, Arsenal are hoping that the England winger will be ready in time for the derby against Fulham in the Premier League next Tuesday.

In such a scenario, Mikel Arteta might look to give Saka some minutes against the Cottagers and then again in the Premier League clash vs. Everton next weekend so as to help him prepare for the Real Madrid match.

One of Arsenal’s most important players, Saka’s availability will come as a huge boost for the Premier League giants.

Prior to his injury, the Gunners ace had racked up an impressive tally of nine goals and 13 assists from just 24 appearances in all competitions.
