Coach Massimiliano Canzi and Chiara Beccari spoke to the press after Juventus Women First Team’s 2-2 draw against AC Milan on Matchday 2 of the Women’s Serie A Poule Scudetto.

“Today I did not like the first half performance, we were slow, we were not the Juventus we can be and that we know how to be, so much so that in the second half the attitude changed completely. I will take the result, which is fine, although it would have been nicer to have secured two more points, anyway it’s another game out of the way. [Abi] Brighton? She had an excellent game, both in terms of the quantity and quality of her work. Milan are a young team, they're developing, and they put in a completely different performance to the last one against us: today was a better match to watch, in some aspects more ‘real’. [Sofia] Cantore? When she plays like she did today she's very strong, she needs to do it more often.”

“I've been waiting to score a goal for a long time, it was a bit of a difficult period for me, getting back to scoring is also important for confidence, so I'm happy. I hope it will give me a boost to finish the season in the best possible way.”
