Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti will not be on the touchline for the club’s next La Liga fixture.

This comes owing to developments in Real’s latest outing.

Los Blancos were of course back in action a short time ago, welcoming Valencia to Spain’s capital for a league clash.

When all was said and done, the capital giants endured an evening to forget, condemned to the wrong side of a 2-1 result.

And as alluded to above, the eventual outcome was not the only blow for Real Madrid on Saturday.

During the first-half at the Santiago Bernabéu, Carlo Ancelotti was shown a yellow card for what was evidently deemed as excessive complaining on the part of the team of officials.

His fifth booking of the La Liga campaign, Real Madrid’s headmaster is therefore facing up to a one-game suspension.

As much will be served next weekend, when Los Merengues make the trip to Mendizorroza to take on Deportivo Alavés.
