Maddie Phillips and Kirsty Matthews rounded out the goalscoring with a brace each.
Goalkeeper Lilly Hadrava made her return to the pitch for Brentford after time away from the game, slotting back in behind a defence of Phillips, Carolin Engelhard, Regan Graver, Samantha Read and Chloe Webb.
The game started evenly in sunny conditions, an early Richmond Park move through the middle of the pitch ending in Izzy Rafique's shot going straight to Hadrava.
Cheatley almost opened the scoring on eight minutes, however she couldn’t find the back of the net following Webb’s cross from the left side.
Hadrava was called into action on 14 minutes, the keeper securing the ball off a Richmond Park cross under pressure.
Cheatley made it 1-0 two minutes later, with the forward pouncing on a loose ball in the defence before finding the back of the net.
Despite dominating possession, the Bees struggled to piece it together in the final third on a challenging pitch which made life difficult for both sides.
The half-hour mark passed and Logie found Brentford’s second as she finished from a cross to double the lead.
Two minutes later, Cheatley scored her second goal with the Bees suddenly in control of the contest on the scoreboard.
The hosts went close to finding their opener soon after, however the powerful strike from outside the box was just over the bar.
As the first half came to a close, Logie netted her second goal, with Brentford’s number nine tapping in the rebound after Woods' initial shot was saved.
Logie had her hat-trick a minute later as she took possession on the edge of the box, turned and fired the ball into the back of the net.
The visitors started the second half where they had left off, with Cheatley completing her hat-trick inside the first two minutes. The striker went around the keeper and hit the post before tapping home the rebound to make it 6-0.
Phillips joined in on the goalscoring soon after as the wing-back pushed forward and found the back of the net.
Hadrava was then called into action, the keeper forced to make a diving save to her left.
Graver was denied by the home keeper on the hour mark when she headed Woods' corner goalwards but Logie was there to tap in her fourth.
Shortly afterwards, Woods got in on the act with her first of the afternoon.
Two goals in the next seven minutes ensured Woods secured her hat-trick in a flurry of goals to make it 11-0.
As the full-time whistle approached, the Bees were relentless. Matthews won the ball from an Alissa Down long pass and lobbed the keeper for her first goal.
Woods got her fourth goal for the afternoon a minute later to make it 13-0 going into stoppage-time.
Matthews lobbed the keeper for a second time before Phillips added a 15th goal to top off a dominant afternoon for the Bees.
Brentford now turn their attention to South London at home next weekend in the Capital Cup semi-final.
