Atalanta can catch Napoli at the top of the table with a victory, as they look to Charles De Ketelaere and Ademola Lookman, but draw-addicted Juventus hope Nico Gonzalez and Kenan Yildiz can get a result.
It kicks off at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo at 19.45 GMT.
These are the Week 19 fixtures that were postponed for the Supercoppa Italiana in Riyadh, where both Atalanta and Juve lost the semi-finals.
Few expected this to be a Scudetto battle, but with Atalanta in the position of power sitting nine points clear of the Old Lady at the midway stage of the season.
Gian Piero Gasperini’s men have 11 wins and three draws since their last Serie A defeat on September 24, but were held to two stalemates in a row by Lazio and Udinese.
Mateo Retegui returns to the squad after several weeks out, but Odilon Kossounou, Juan Cuadrado and Gianluca Scamacca are out of action.
Berat Djimsiti can play despite getting 10 stitches for a head injury at the weekend, while Giorgio Scalvini is not at 100 per cent either, but starts in the back three.
Mario Pasalic supports the front two De Ketelaere and Lookman.

Juventus have a growing injury crisis, as Dusan Vlahovic, Francisco Conceicao, Arkadiusz Milik, Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal are all on the treatment table.
This leaves no real strikers for Thiago Motta, who has to again pick Nico Gonzalez as a makeshift centre-forward.
A change from the side that drew 1-1 with Torino is that Weston McKennie moves into a more advanced role as part of the supporting trio with Kenan Yildiz and Teun Koopmeiners.
Manuel Locatelli also returns from suspension.
While Juventus are unbeaten in Serie A this season, they have drawn 12 of their 19 games, managing just one victory in the last seven rounds.
