Spurs make the short trip across London to take on Brentford in the Premier League in desperate need of a win.
Ange Postecoglou‘s side are winless in their last seven top-flight games, six of which they have lost, although their morale will have boosted by their midweek win over Elfsborg in the Uefa Europa League.
Tottenham lie just seven points above the relegation zone while the Bees are sitting comfortably in midtable. Thomas Frank is currently overseeing a mixed run of form with two wins, two defeats and a draw in their last five matches.
Postecoglou says he hopes there is light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to the team’s injury problems, but joked that the light is usually an oncoming train.
There are nine players on the Tottenham treatment table at present after Radu Dragusin when down with an injury on Thursday. Guglielmo Vicario, Brennan Johnson, Destiny Udogie, Wilson Odobert, Timo Werner and James Maddison could return within the next ten days.
Dominic Solanke and Cristian Romero will be out for longer, but Micky van de Ven did return against Elfsborg.
Possible Spurs XI: Kinsky; Porro, Gray, Van de Ven, Spence; Bergvall, Bentancur, Bissouma; Kulusevski, Richarlison, Son.
Tottenham’s clash with Brentford was moved to Sunday, 1 February, due to the club’s European commitments. The match kicks off at 14:00 GMT.
The match will be broadcast live in the UK on Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Ultra HDR with coverage beginning at 1pm. You can find which broadcaster is airing the match in your location here.
