Sunderland Talent Set For League One Move | OneFootball

Sunderland talent Caden Kelly is set to join League One outfit Stockport County on loan in the ongoing transfer window, according to journalist Alan Nixon.

The 21-year-old attacking midfielder is a product of Sunderland’s academy system and has featured for their senior team two times.

In the summer, Sunderland sanctioned a loan spell for Kelly to join National League North side Darlington on loan.

Kelly managed to establish himself as a regular in the Darlington side and racked up 16 appearances with three goals and one assist under his belt.

The youngster has returned to the Stadium of Light after his loan spell and he is gathering interest from League One side Stockport.

Stockport are keen to add Kelly to their setup and have approached Sunderland for his signature.

Now it has been claimed that Stockport are set to land their target Kelly as Sunderland have agreed to let him join them on loan.

Stockport County are promotion hopefuls this season and Kelly will be determined to help them achieve their goals.
