MATCH REPORT In a first half that began at a fast pace, Roma took the lead thanks to a long-range effort from Greggi in the 32nd minute. AC Milan quickly responded through Arrigoni, who made the most of Soffia's assist to slot the ball into the net (36'). The joy of the equaliser was short-lived, as Corelli put Roma back in front after being picked out by Viens (38'). Despite the scoreline, AC Milan were showing plenty of fighting spirit and determination.

In the second half, the Rossonere came out with renewed energy and immediately drew level in the 47th minute through Koivisto, who finished off a move orchestrated by Stokić.
