Wolves star man Matheus Cunha will be back in action sooner than expected after an FA commission reduced his ban.
The 25-year-old was initially given a three-match suspension in the wake of his involvement in a scuffle with an Ipswich staff member during their 2-1 loss back in December.
But now, one match has been shaved off according to reports from ESPN's Dale Johnson, citing Cunha's previously clean disciplinary record, and one other thoughtful gesture by the highly-touted forward.
Not only has Cunha apologised to the staff member in question, but offered to pay for a new pair of glasses as well.
The sooner he returns to action for VĂtor Pereira's outfit the better, after Wolves were downed 3-0 yesterday by high-flying Nottingham Forest.
Cunha has been the leading light at the Molineux this season, leading the club's data charts with 10 goals and four assists in 19 appearances, while garnering serious interest from bigger fish in the Premier League pond.
