Inter Milan are ready to make a notable midfield shakeup during the summer transfer window.

The Nerazzurri will certainly expect to rely on Nicolo Barella, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Piotr Zielinski next season.

Meanwhile, Petar Sucic will join Inter at the end of the current season.

However, the likes of Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Davide Frattesi and Kristjan Asllani could depart at the end of this season.

Therefore, Inter are aiming to reinforce with at least one more midfield signing. And very probably a couple.

In the event that Kristjan Asllani leaves Inter, the Nerazzurri will prioritize signing a player with a similar profile.

Therefore, the target would be holding midfielder who can back up Hakan Calhanoglu.

According to Tuttosport, Veneiza midfielder Hans Nicolussi Caviglia would be a major target in that respect.

Inter have been monitoring the former Juventus midfielder this season. And they have been impressed with his development.
