Kylian Mbappe finally ended his three-game goal drought with a crucial strike against Rayo Vallecano.
The French forward had been under intense scrutiny following underwhelming performances against Real Betis and Atletico Madrid, with many questioning his recent form.
However, against Rayo, he responded emphatically, not just with his goal but also with an intense and emotional celebration that made his feelings clear.
After finding the back of the net, Mbappe expressed his emotions in a way rarely seen before.
His celebration was filled with passion, as he pointed to himself and made energetic gestures, seemingly delivering a message to those who had criticised him in recent weeks.
As one of the biggest stars in world football, he is no stranger to pressure, but it appears he has grown frustrated with the level of scrutiny surrounding his performances.
In fact, according to SPORT, despite being Real Madrid’s leading goal scorer by a considerable margin this season, even a short spell without a goal has led to doubts about his effectiveness.

It must be noted that Mbappe had delivered a strong display against Manchester City but then endured a frustrating run without scoring in three consecutive games.
Against Rayo Vallecano, though, he looked far more active and determined, showcasing his usual speed and movement in the final third.
Aside from his goal and the emotions he displayed in the celebration, another key moment occurred late in the match.
With just over ten minutes remaining, Carlo Ancelotti opted for a tactical switch, bringing off Mbappe to reinforce the midfield with Eduardo Camavinga. The forward did not appear pleased with the decision.
While he shook hands with Ancelotti as he left the pitch, his body language spoke volumes—his head was down, and he showed no signs of approval or satisfaction, even though he had just scored.
Regardless of the frustration he may have felt, this match highlighted a crucial aspect of Mbappe’s character—his hunger and determination.
The reserved player who arrived at the start of the season now seems to have evolved into the relentless, dominant force that he was at Paris Saint-Germain and with the French national team.
