There’s a clear reason behind Thiago Motta’s will to include Andrea Cambiaso in Juventus’ starting XI against Milan despite increasing rumours of the full-back’s imminent move to Manchester City, as the Bianconeri are unlikely to budge from their high demands.

The Premier League giants are said to be preparing a €65m bid for the Italy international, but the Old Lady don’t look willing to let one of their key players go unless their €80m request is met.
According to Calciomercato.com, the gap between the two parties is the reason why the Juventus coach was adamant about not letting transfer rumours interfere with Cambiaso’s availability for a big match, as the club feels the Citizens would have to raise their offer significantly to persuade the Turin outfit to sell the 24-year-old.

While talks between the two clubs have been ongoing in recent days, the Bianconeri do not consider the Italian defender available on the market and have made their stance clear to Manchester City, stating that only a staggering fee could prompt them to reconsider.
