Eagles looking for first win of the season as Spurs visit for Premier League derby
Crystal Palace welcome Tottenham for another London derby in the Premier League today.
The Eagles have endured a miserable start to the season and saw their winless run extended to eight matches following Monday’s 1-0 defeat at Nottingham Forest.
Manager Oliver Glasner insists there are reasons to be positive about the situation but Palace are in dire need of a victory, there is little doubt about that.
Spurs, meanwhile, are back on track in the League after making light work of West Ham last time out, running out comfortable 4-1 winners over their rivals.
Selhurst Park is always a difficult place to go but, sadly, supporters in the UK will not be able to watch the game.
The game was initially scheduled for a 3pm BST kick-off time on Saturday 26 October but was pushed back due to Spurs playing in the Europa League on Thursday night.
As a result, it cannot be shown live in the UK, given it was originally meant to take place during the 3pm blackout imposed across English football on Saturday afternoons.
TV channel and live stream: The game will not be broadcast in the UK.
Highlights: Supporters will be able to watch highlights for free when Match of the Day 2 airs at 10.30pm on Sunday on BBC One.
LIVE stream: Follow all the action with Standard Sport’s dedicated match blog!
