Arsenal will be without three key stars for their upcoming Women’s Champions League clash with Häcken on Thursday.
Manager Jonas Eidevall confirmed Leah Williamson, Steph Catley and Lina Hurtig will all miss the must-win European clash at Meadow Park.
The England and Australia internationals missed training due to current injuries, while the Sweden star is making progress but is not fully fit to feature.
“One of the great things with the team that we have is that we have a lot of big game players. We have so many experiences and qualities,” reassured Eidevall.
“Leah is a fantastic player, she will be missed by any team that she doesn’t play for. But the strength of our squad… we have enough quality and enough experience to take us through tomorrow.”
Arsenal are currently behind 1-0 on aggregate after a shock loss to the Swedish side in the first leg.
