Cunha’s impressive performances caught the attention of top clubs. According to Fichajes, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Paris Saint-Germain were among those monitoring his progress. Despite his strong showing at Wolves, reports suggested the club might be open to selling him if an offer above €70 million was made.

Arsenal seemed to be the leading contender, but Mirror Football noted that Wolves were determined to keep their star unless a substantial bid forced them to reconsider.

Graeme Bailey – chief correspondent at TBR Football – reports that talks over Cunha’s new deal have stalled. The main issue seems to be the inclusion of a release clause in the contract – but Wolves aren’t overly concerned.

The club has no intention of selling the Brazilian striker this month – especially since he isn’t out of contract. His current deal runs until 2027 – so there’s no immediate pressure at Molineux.

As for Arsenal – Mikel Arteta is a fan of Cunha and sees him as a potential addition to the squad. The striker is on Arsenal’s radar – with the club considering him for a move next summer.
