Wythenshawe clinched the North West League title, Brentford and Kidderminster Harriers won top-two clashes, Sheffield FC also moved into pole position.

EASTERN – Harpenden Town go seven points clear

Premier – Royston Town scored all five goals at Watford Ladies Development, Luton Town continue to play catch-up and edged Dussindale & Hellesdon Rovers 3-2. Stevenage beat Needham Market 2-0, Wroxham leapfrogged St Albans City into fifth with a Rachel Cossey goal, Cambridge City moved off the bottom as Faith Harrison scored against Enfield Town.

1 North – Harpenden Town lead by seven points after they beat Histon 4-1 and second-placed AFC Dunstable went down 2-1 at next-to-bottom Biggleswade United. Real Bedford Reserves’ Lily Gladstone netted two of their four goals at Whittlesey Athletic, Mulbarton Wanderers put eight past Kings Lynn Town.

1 South – Leaders Southend United hit hosts Romford Town Flyers for six, Colney Heath were 4-2 winners over Frontiers, Chelmsford City’s Rebecca Hollocks bagged two of their three goals at Toby Ladies. Hutton sent Lawford to a 4-1 defeat, while it ended goalless between Wormley Rovers and Stanway Pegasus.

EAST MIDLANDS – Sheffield FC back on top, Bugbrooke draw despite two dismissals

Premier – Sheffield FC beat Stamford 3-0 to regain the leadership from Rotherham United, Chesterfield Ladies’ half-dozen against Nottingham Trent University featured a treble by Imogen Fowler, while Anstey Nomads saw off SJR Worksop 2-1.

1 Central – Asfordby Amateurs are within five points of leaders Loughborough Foxes Vixens with two games in hand, after sinking Beaumont Park 7-0 aided by a Sarah Brown hat-trick. Sleaford Town’s Katie Pease got a couple in a 3-0 result over Brookside Athletic.

1 North – Champions Gainsborough Trinity ended their fixtures with a 7-0 win at Chesterfield FC, where Grace Jones was on target three times. Grimsby Town finished with a 6-0 beating of Belper Town in their bid to finish second, Dronfield Town continue to chase them with a 3-1 result over Sherwood. Arnold Eagles drew 1-1 with Notts County Development, Grimsby Borough beat Buxton 2-0.

1 South – Nine-player Bugbrooke St.Michael gained just a third point of the campaign, with a 3-3 draw at Cardea led by a Jenna White hat-trick after first-half dismissals of Tara Hings and Eve Leonard. New Bradwell St Peter came from two down for a 2-2 draw against Dunton & Broughton United, as Cara Brooker and Rachael St.John Mosse scored in the last 15 minutes. Northampton Town Devs drew 2-2 with Newport Pagnell Town.

LONDON & SOUTH EAST – Brentford win clash of leading pair in front of 3,600

Premier – Sutton United beat Barking 4-3 in midweek with braces by Amelia Cutler and Emma Spear, before losing 2-1 at home to leaders Dartford on Sunday, substitute Emily Vaughan scoring for the visitors. Dorking Wanderers put away five goals at Haywards Heath Town, Fulham went one better against Ebbsfleet watched by 173 fans. Saltdean United got all three goals at Ashford United, Barking’s Laura Bunton bagged both at Sport London E Benfica, Millwall Lionesses drew 2-2 with Newhaven after Olivia McGregor’s 88th-minute goal.

1 North – Brentford replaced Bromley at the top when beating them 4-2 at the G-Tech Stadium, where Chloe Logie hit a hat-trick. Leatherhead went third on goal-difference as they beat Clapton CFC 3-0 with two from Hannah Cleary, while Denham United shared six goals at Hackney. Richmond Park also ended three apiece in the basement battle with AFC Whyteleafe, Richmond & Kew came away from Actonians Reserves 3-1 victors, Dulwich Hamlet Reserves defeated Ashmount Leigh with a single goal from Iris Lacey.

1 South – Aylesford defeated Montpelier Villa 5-0 aided by a Kara Richardson hat-trick to remain first, second-placed Bognor Regis Town beat Three Bridges by the same score. Soccer Elite Football Academy held Saltdean United Development 1-1, Steyning Town’s Amber Hazlewood scored two of their four at Herne Bay, Bexhill United beat Hastings United by the odd goal in three.

NORTH EAST – Thornaby two wins from title

Premier – Bradford City beat Hull United 7-1 to climb to second, Spennymoor Town’s 2-0 result at Wallsend BC came courtesy of Rebecca Drinkald’s quickfire brace before the break. Harrogate Town edged Sunderland West End 2-1 thanks to Eleanor Hall’s decider, South Shields had a walkover at York Railway Institute.

1 North – Thornaby’s Robyn Foster got the winner in a 2-1 result at Redcar Town, putting them a step closer to the title with four games still to play. Norton & Stockton Ancients Reserves and Chester le Street Amazons finished goalless, Gateshead won 4-1 over Washington with Charlotte Hoganson on target twice but Emma Todd was sent off, so too the visitors’ Megan Haddock. Wallsend BC Reserves  won 4-0 at Bishop Auckland, where Samantha Deverdics and Millie McKenna shared the spoils.

1 South – Handsworth held top spot with a Demi West goal at Altofts, Ossett United still a point behind them after Debbie Hastings scored three of their seven at Kiveton Park. Leeds Modernians are third following a walkover against Sheffield United Foundation, who went down 7-0 at home to Kiveton Park on Thursday.

NORTH WEST – Wythenshawe promoted to National League

Premier – Wythenshawe won the league with four games to spare after a 6-0 result over Fleetwood Town Wrens, their record crowd of 327 seeing them move out of reach of Mancunian Unity, despite their 2-0 win against Crewe Alexandra. West Didsbury & Chorlton lost out 4-3 to visitors Darwen in front of 137 fans, FC United of Manchester game themselves a chance of staying up by beating Bury 2-0 in their last match, while it was 1-1 between Curzon Ashton and Tranmere Rovers.

1 North – There were 5-0 wins for the top two; leaders Bolton Wanderers at Haslingden and Accrington Stanley against Penrith watched by a crowd of 340. Atherton Laburnum Rovers won 3-0 at Morecambe, likewise Preston North End over Workington Town aa they followed up a 7-0 midweek result against Radcliffe when Madison Hadley enjoyed a four-goal haul.

1 South – FC St Helens beat leaders Poulton Vics 4-2 to move within two points of them, Chester gained ground on Runcorn Linnets in fourth when defeating them 4-1 helped by substitute Erin Parr’s double. Warrington Town won 6-0 at MSB Woolton, Ellesmere Port Town took the points 2-1 at Wigan Athletic, likewise Macclesfield FC at Wirral Phoenix.

SOUTHERN – Ascot and Winchester into Cup Final

Premier – Second-placed Wycombe Wanderers hit Reading 6-1 at Adams Park on Tuesday helped by a Jessica Watkins hat-trick. The Royals responded with a 3-3 draw at Woodley United, where Maya Raghunandanan got two of their goals.

1 North – Beaconsfield Town beat title rivals Penn & Tylers Green 3-1 away, Henna Hussain and Dominique Carrington netting in the final ten minutes for the leaders. Tilehurst Panthers’ 2-1 result against Milton United saw Abbie Why and Georgia Hayes get goals in the last 15 minutes.

1 South – Fleet Town beat QK Southampton 4-0 to go second and within a point of leaders Havant & Waterlooville whilst having three games in hand. AFC Varsity’s Bethany Ebert scored the only goal at Wimborne Town.

League Cup Semi-Finals – Ascot United knocked out AFC Portchester 6-2 helped by a Beth Lloyd hat-trick, Winchester City Flyers also reached the final with Libby Wilkinson scoring twice in a 3-1 win at Sholing

Chairman’s Cup Quarter-Finals – Bournemouth Sports Reserves beat Bursledon 2-1 as Anastasia Hnatiw struck in added time, AFC Stoneham went through 5-2 against Kidlington and Abingdon United Development netted nine at Caversham United.

REGEN ARABLE SOUTH WEST – Saltash pile pressure on Plympton

Premier – Title-chasing Sherborne Town edged a seven-goal thriller at Frampton Rangers with Chloe Snook recording a hat-trick, Pucklechurch Sports won 3-2 at Poole Town, AEK Boco with a similar result at Bishops Lydeard aided by Megan Bloomer’s brace. Pucklechurch also won 2-0 in midweek at AEK Boco.

1 North – Champions Gloucester City won 3-1 at Paulton Rovers, Corsham Town beat second-placed Bitton 2-1. Royal Wootton Bassett Town went third as they beat Bath City 2-0 and Cirencester Town lost 2-1 at Stockwood Wanderers. Downend Flyers defeated SGS Olveston United 3-0, St Vallier secured three points 2-1 at Purton.

1 South – Sticker held leaders Plympton 3-3, Saltash United cut their lead to three points with a game still in hand, after seeing off third-placed Yeovil Town 3-2. Helston Athletic pulled off a 3-0 win away to Weymouth.

WEST MIDLANDS – Harriers hit top spot, Shrews reach final

Premier – Kidderminster Harriers took top spot from Lye Town when defeating them 2-1, third-placed Shifnal Town won 5-0 at Burton Albion. Leek Town just got the better of Solihull Sporting 3-2 after a late Katie Maya double, Coventry Sphinx won 2-1 at Knowle.

1 North – AFC Telford United moved four points ahead of the rest with an 8-1 thrashing of Tamworth, in which Olivia Bellamy scored four off the bench. Walsall FC are third after Mia Fellows netted two of the three goals against Rugby Town.

1 South – Redditch United were 3-0 winners at Crusaders, Bromsgrove Sporting beat Hereford Pegasus 2-0 and Long Itchington defeated Droitwich Spa 4-1.

Premier Cup Semi-Final – Shrewsbury Town struck two goals in the last half-hour for a 2-1 win at Port Vale, to book a place in the final against Leek Town at Evesham United on 11 May.
