La Liga giants Real Madrid are set to be without the services of two star members of the club’s squad, for their upcoming meeting with Las Palmas.

This comes owing to developments in the club’s meeting with Valencia.

Real, of course, are fresh off the most remarkable of comeback victories.

After making the trip to Mestalla for a La Liga clash with the aforementioned Valencia, Los Blancos found themselves both a goal and a man down inside the game’s closing stages.

After Luka Modrić emerged from the bench to drag Carlo Ancelotti’s troops level, however, the stage was set for Jude Bellingham to notch the game’s decisive goal, deep into injury time.

As alluded to above, though, amid an otherwise positive night’s work for Real, a pair of blows were also forthcoming on the personnel front.

First, Vinícius Jr. was shown a straight red card for a petulant lashing out at Valencia no.1 Stole Dimitrievski.

Then, goalscorer Luka Modrić received his 5th yellow card of the season.

Both players, as a result, will be unavailable for Real Madrid’s next La Liga outing against Las Palmas, with Vinícius potentially facing up to a lengthy ban.
