We have made it. AC Milan are getting ready to face Bologna in the 2024/25 Coppa Italia Final. It will be played this evening, on Wednesday 14 May at 21:00 CEST at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome. Conceição's team are ready to repeat their league win against Italiano's side in a match that will be full of emotion. The Rossoneri are looking to add to their trophy cabinet after the Italian Supercup, but the Rossoblù are keen to cause an upset. Now, it's all about the Coppa Italia, and this is our Match Preview:

LATEST FROM MILANELLO AC Milan are on a streak of good results, not only in the league. Last weekend, the Rossoneri convincingly beat Bologna 3-1, showing our prowess and our ability to come back from behind. In the Coppa Italia, the Rossoneri have most recently eliminated Inter with a clean 3-0 win (4-1 on aggregate), reiterating our strong determination to win the tournament. Conceição's side have done well to improve the balance between attack and defence, thus giving us confidence and ambition heading to Rome. The whole first team have been selected, and we'll most likely stick with the classic 3-4-3. From Maignan to Hernández, Reijnders, Pulisic and Leão: our very best will start.

In his press conference, Coach Conceição said:"We are ready and focused on what we have to do, knowing that we must be at our best. We have the adrenaline and no fear, we want to play. The team believes in what we do. The team is healthy and together".

LATEST FROM BOLOGNA Bologna will be going into the game looking for revenge. After their great win over Inter in the league, the Rossoblù have slowed down, thus losing ground in the race for Champions League football next year: from the 1-1 home draw to Juventus in Serie A to the loss at San Siro. In Coppa Italia, Bologna most recently knocked out Empoli (5-2 on aggregate), showing their ability to compete at the top level. Despite a few struggles, they will be ready to give their all. We expect them to line up as a 4-2-3-1, and look out for their attacking talent: Orsolini, Ndoye (just recovered from injury), Dallinga and Castro.

"We will head into this final with the great enthusiasm that we have had throughout our journey in the Cup", said Vincenzo Italiano. "After 51 years, Bologna are again part of a hugely important game, and we are looking to get over the mark and make history. We know we are facing champions, and a great team who are stronger than us, but we are determined to take our chances. We will be as ready as possible".
