According to the likes of Fabrizio Romano and Matteo Moretto, Como have established contact with the representatives of Alex Valle, who Como consider a massively promising prospect at left-back.
Como could be handed a boost in their pursuit of the 20-year-old if Celtic complete their reported move for Arsenal’s Kieran Tierney, who could return to his boyhood club after five years away in North London.
Como have been the heaviest spenders in Serie A this transfer window, having already made three permanent signings this month.
Fabregas has already added goalkeeper Jean Butez to his ranks for a fee of around €2m, as well as Maxence Caqueret, who cost around €15m from Lyon, while Assane Diao, who scored on his full debut against Milan on Tuesday night, cost €12m from Real Betis.
