Arsenal supporters have been speculating about Alexander Isak after the Newcastle striker was paid the ultimate compliment by Thierry Henry.
Isak has long been linked with a move to Arsenal, though the Sweden international insists any discussions regarding his future must be placed on hold until after the season with his focus solely on helping Newcastle achieve their targets.
The first of which was met in Sunday’s Carabao Cup final as the Magpies beat Liverpool 2-1 at Wembley Stadium to end their70-year wait for a major trophy.
Isak scored what turned out to be the winning goal early in the second half, adding to strikes against Chelsea and Arsenal earlier in the competition.
It’s now 23 goals for Isak across all competitions so far this season. The type of return that makes it very little of a surprise that the Gunners continue to be linked with a move ahead of the summer transfer window.

However, it is not just Isak’s goals that have impressed Henry who, speaking on CBS Sports after the final, shared what makes the striker “complete”.
"Forget about the going, faking going and going in behind Gabriel - you gave him that the whole time at Arsenal - and you guys worked on obviously attacking their left-hand side.
"But the way you press, this is what I wanted to talk [about]. A lot of people talk about players being complete because they can do everything with on the ball.
"You are complete, for me, because also off the ball you do a lot."
This exchange has prompted theories amongst Arsenal fans on social media, with some claiming Henry was working his magic in an attempt to get Isak to join Mikel Arteta’s side this summer.
In response to Henry’s praise, Isak said: “First half I probably wasn't too involved.
“We had spoken about the details at half-time. It was all about the game plan the manager put together. I executed it in a good way. I knew my moment would come. The feeling was incredible.”
