As reported just a while ago, FC Barcelona forward Ansu Fati has been sidelined with a thigh injury that he sustained during training earlier today.
The injury comes at a time when the 22-year-old has been struggling for minutes at his boyhood club under Hansi Flick, prompting rumours of a potential exit in January.
Indeed, clubs like Sevilla and Real Sociedad have shown an interest in the La Masia ace heading into the winter window. Now it appears that he is attracting suitors from outside Spain as well.
As per reports in Turkey, as relayed by Mundo Deportivo, Jose Mourinho is keen on signing Ansu Fati at Fenerbahce during the January transfer window.

Even after he returned, the attacker was unable to make much of an impression despite Hansi Flick showing confidence in his abilities and the coaching staff even preparing a tailor-made plan specifically for him to recover his full fitness level.
With minutes not forthcoming, a January exit could very well be on the cards for Fati, although his injury and subsequent recovery could dictate things.
Should the doors be opened for a departure, Mourinho would be willing to take the La Masia graduate to Fenerbahce on loan for the rest of the season.
At this point, a temporary departure for the young struggling star seems pretty much likely. Whether the Barça forward would be open to a move to Turkey or prefer staying in La Liga remains to be seen.
