Barcelona forward Robert Lewandowski is on the verge of reaching another milestone in his already illustrious career.
The Polish forward is just one goal away from matching the tally of one of Barcelona’s most iconic players in recent history.
If he finds the back of the net against Atletico Madrid, he will equal Ronaldinho’s 94-goal record for the club.
What makes this feat even more impressive is that while the Brazilian magician needed five seasons to reach that figure, Lewandowski is set to achieve it in just two and a half seasons.
With his current tally of 93 goals, the veteran striker has already drawn level with another Barcelona legend, Jose Mari Bakero. However, he is far from finished.
There are several more club greats ahead of him on the all-time scoring list, and at his current rate, it seems only a matter of time before he surpasses them.

Further up the list, Lewandowski has the opportunity to overtake Neymar’s tally of 105 goals, a figure shared by two other legendary forwards.
Looking slightly ahead, Luis Enrique sits on 109 goals, making him another target Lewandowski could surpass in the near future.
Lewandowski seems set to continue at Barcelona for at least another season. Having played more than half of the club’s matches this campaign, he remains a key figure in the squad.
He is currently the league’s top scorer with 21 goals and is in contention for the prestigious Golden Boot, with Mohamed Salah emerging as his closest competitor.
This season, he has already scored 34 goals across all competitions, marking one of his most prolific campaigns in recent years.
His influence extends beyond just scoring goals. The Polish forward has formed a strong connection with his attacking partners, Raphinha and Lamine Yamal.
Together, this trio has been a nightmare for defenders, having combined for a remarkable total of 73 goals and 39 assists so far this season.
