The victory means that the west Londoners return to the top of the PDL as they head into the back end of fixtures for this season.
Hickey and Nunes featured for 45 minutes, while Henry played 70 minutes.
It was a good start from Brentford as crisp passing saw the away side penned into their half.
Donovan and Max Wilcox had two good early chances to give the Bees the lead but both efforts were saved well by Luke Hewitson in Fleetwood Town net.
Hickey had an effort of his own as he cut inside from the right flank and curled a strike just over the bar.
Fleetwood were content in their defensive shape but a rare foray forward saw Pece Smith draw a smart save from Reggie Rose.
On 45 minutes, Donovan broke the deadlock as he burst on to a Ben Krauhaus through ball and smashed into the bottom corner to give Brentford the lead.
Just before the half-time whistle the away side did have a chance to level as Rylee Wilkinson whipped a shot towards goal which skimmed the crossbar.
Dickov went close to doubling the home side's lead early in the second period but his shot from just inside the box was parried away from danger.
Benjamin Arthur had a free header in the box from a corner but goalkeeper Hewitson was positioned well to claim the powerful attempt.
The home side were having all the chances and Dickov almost scored as he pounced on a precise floated pass from Brierley but Hewitson made himself big to deny the striker's effort.
Brentford's second goal of the game came on 88 minutes as Headman rose highest to power a header into the net from a Brierley corner.
The west Londoners are next in action on Friday 4 April as they take on Burnley at Turf Moor.
