That earned them direct passage to the last 16, where Djurgarden came from 1-0 down to beat Pafos 3-1 on aggregate. They then knocked Rapid Vienna out of the quarter-finals, again having lost the first leg 1-0.

Malo Gusto and Christopher Nkunku will hope to be in contention to return for this game, if they haven’t already. And if they are back, both could start. But the game will be too soon for Marc Guiu. Wesley Fofana, who is now out for the season, wasn’t registered for the Europa Conference League.

Djurgarden team news

Nino Zugelj and Oskar Fallenius are still out for Djurgardens, having picked up injuries in their quarter-final win over Rapid Vienna. Malkolm Nilson Safqvist is also injured.
