One Chelsea player has responded to what some Blues fans were chanting at him in the Morecambe game in the FA Cup yesterday.
Chelsea breezed past the League Two opposition in the end after a dominating display in the second half. The first half wasn’t so great though, but Chelsea seemed to turn a switch in the second half and made the domination of possession count with some superb finishes from Joao Felix and co to follow up the first half goal from Tosin Adarabioyo.
Tosin had a really good game at the heart of the Blues defence and his two goals were so important. The second goal in particular was a really fine long range effort, something we did not know he had in his locker and an asset that could prove to be very handy when we are up against stubborn low blocks in the future.
He’s had a bit of an up and down start to his Chelsea career, only really being able to be a backup option. But with the injury to Wesley Fofana and also Benoit Badiashile as well, Tosin might get more chances to play coming up.

Blues fans were telling Tosin to shoot every time he got the ball after that! He was also on a hat-trick so would have been hungry to get it.
“It’s the first time in my professional career I was on a hat-trick,” Tosin said. “I wanted to have another shot but the moment never came.”
And on the crowd shouting shoot every time he touched the ball, he said:
“I heard it a couple of times when I got the ball on the halfway line. I wanted to but I was too far out. Playing games and being able to showcase your abilities is always great, so it was nice to do that one today.”
