Jeremy Ménez praises Ranieri: “He’s the right person for Roma.” | OneFootball

Former Roma attacker Jeremy Ménez spoke in favor of Claudio Ranieri who coached him in the Italian capital.

Ranieri said in a recent interview about Jeremy Ménez: “He was an excellent player, when he wanted to play, it was as if we were 12, he was like an extra player.”

Now, while speaking to Sky Sport, Ménez praised Ranieri: “He’s a fantastic person, he is a very good coach and in my opinion he was the right choice to bring Roma back to where it deserves to be.”

“I know he doesn’t want to continue and in my opinion it’s right that he has a say in the choice of the next coach because he’s someone who knows football.”
