Serie A giants Juventus are keen on signing Newcastle United’s Sandro Tonali and are willing to offer Douglas Luiz in a deal.

Daniele Longo has reported today that Newcastle United will not entertain any offers below the fee of €70 million and they haven’t made a final decision about the midfielder’s future.

Juventus have been charmed by the Italian for a while now and they want to take advantage of Douglas Luiz’s bad situation in Turin to execute a move.

The report states that Newcastle United see the Brazilian as a potential replacement for Bruno Guimaraes, who appeals to Manchester City. The Citizens can make a summer approach and Juve will then look to offer Douglas Luiz and cash for Tonali. The indication is that the money on offer could be at €30 million in the summer.

This will help Juve solve two problems – in moving Douglas Luiz on and signing a potential replacement in the process.
