Manchester United 'learn asking price' for Frankfurt's Hugo Ekitiké | OneFootball

Eintracht Frankfurt have reportedly slapped a €80m price tag on striker Hugo Ekitiké with Manchester United believed to be a suitor for this summer.

Ekitiké has been a revelation in Frankfurt since his move from Paris Saint-Germain 18 months ago.

The 22-year-old has revived his career somewhat after his disastrous spell with PSG and reports this week have suggested that Ruben Amorim's side are keen to now bring him to the Premier League.

But Sky Sports Germany have revealed that United would potentially have to pay in the region of €80m for his services this summer.

The Old Trafford outfit are on the hunt for a forward having given up hope with Rasmus Højlund and Joshua Zirkzee.

Ekitiké meanwhile has so far netted 19 goals in 38 appearances in all competitions this term.
