Roma defender Mats Hummels spoke to Sky Sport after the Giallorossi beat Eintracht Frankfurt 2-0 in the Europa League tonight.

In his post-match interview, the veteran player said, “At home we always play better, it’s true, this evening we managed to play a great match.”

“I think Frankfurt is having a good season. They were very good. It was important for us to control the game. It was important to stop the counterattacks.”

“We are doing better, we are recovering points in Serie A, there is the Europa League. We think one game at a time. We do not think about big goals.”

“We have the qualities to win the Europa League. When you play a competition you can win. Now we don’t think about the final, we work game by game.”
