Neymar makes pre-contract offer to Barcelona | OneFootball

Former Barcelona star Neymar Jr. recently offered his services up to the Blaugrana on a pre-contract with a view to the summer.

That’s according to journalist Joan Fontes, who has on Friday provided an insight into the latest developments between Barca and their one-time attacker.

Wide-man Neymar is for his part fresh off a return to his home country of Brazil.

After not being registered for the 2nd half of the Saudi campaign with Al-Hilal, the 33-year-old was granted a dream move back to boyhood club Santos.

If the latest word stemming from the media is anything to go by, however, then Neymar already appears to have his sights set on a return to Europe.

As confirmed by the aforementioned Joan Fontes, moving to clarify his previous claims regarding the situation, Neymar recently made contact with Barcelona president Joan Laporta.

This came to offer up his services to the club, by way of signing of a pre-contract agreement for the summer.

The Brazilian, though, was assured by Laporta that as much ‘is not necessary’, ahead of further talks between the parties over the months ahead.
