West Ham tonight face Newcastle knowing victory will see Graham Potters side leapfrog Spurs in the table.

Three points would in fact see West Ham climb three places, which would certainly breathe belief as the club look to make it three wins on the bounce.

Newcastle though, whilst having a Carabao Cup final to consider this weekend, are eager to achieve Champions League football once again – so Eddie Howe will not be taking this game lightly.

He has an injury situation to deal with though, with Lewis Hall and Sven Botman both out – while Anthony Gordon is suspended. Howe though is expected to have Alexander Isak available for the Magpies.

West Ham welcome Lucas Paqueta and Vladimir Coufal back from injury, although the game has come too soon for Crysencio Summerville – although he is nearing a return to action.

Niclas Fullkrug could well be a surprise inclusion on the bench, with the German international recovering well from a long term hamstring injury.

The match tonight kicks off at 8pm and is being televised on Sky Sports.
