Cristiano Ronaldo never fails to amaze with his world-class finishing ability, even at the tender age of 40.

Many of Ronaldo's greatest goals have come in the Champions League and the Portuguese struck 21 in the competition during his first spell with Manchester United.

One of the most ridiculous efforts came when the Red Devils faced FC Porto in the 2008/09 quarter-final with the score deadlocked at 2-2 on aggregate.

As he has done many times before, Ronaldo produced a moment of pure genius to send United through to the semi-finals.
