Claudio Ranieri is projected to become Roma’s new head coach.
For the third time in his career, the veteran technician will take the reigns of the team of his heart in the wake of Daniele De Rossi and Ivan Juric’s dismissals.
According to Il Romanista, Ranieri and his agent are still in London as talks with Friedkins continue.
There is still no total agreement between parties but talks are ongoing with the intent of announcing Ranieri’s appointment in the coming hours.
Radio Romanista reports that Ranieri will return to Rome this evening, ready to begin his third adventure at the helm of the Giallorossi team.
In all likelihood, the manager will sign a contract until June 2025.
Ranieri will lead his first training session tomorrow morning at 11:00 in view of the match against Napoli on Sunday 24 November.
