After what looks like a disappointing season, Real Madrid could be braced for a major overhaul in the coming summer.
Xabi Alonso is already tipped to replace Carlo Ancelotti as the new Real Madrid coach and the Spaniard could bring with him a series of changes to the team.
Therefore, many first-team Real Madrid stars could be poised to leave in the coming summer, with fullback duo Ferland Mendy and Fran Garcia emerging as the top candidates.
A recent report from journalist Rodra P has offered an update on the future of Mendy and Garcia, pointing out that both players, in principle, want to stay at Real Madrid.
However, the club would ideally like to receive offers for both of them as they look to add more quality in the left-back position.
This is highly surprising as Mendy has struggled with form and fitness ever since producing top performances during the second half of the 2023/24 campaign.

Garcia, meanwhile, has simply failed to live up to the expectations since rejoining the club. The former Rayo Vallecano starlet has not been good or consistent enough to warrant a spot in the Real Madrid first team.
The club, therefore, are open to getting rid of both these players in order to bring in fresh revenue, which in turn, could help them sign new players.
It must be noted that Real Madrid have been recently linked with a move for Milos Kerkez, who has shown exceptional talent and potential at Bournemouth.
Kerkez could be an ideal upgrade over Mendy and Garcia, even though the Hungarian international is still in the early stages of his career.
