Milan might bring in a new director, but the new hire is unlikely to change the plan of going with an Italian coach next, and, among the options, Maurizio Sarri is gaining momentum, La Gazzetta dello Sport informs.

Milan are evaluating a few profiles on top of Sarri, such as Massimiliano Allegri, Gian Piero Gasperini, Maurizio Sarri, Roberto Mancini, and Antonio Conte. Even if they may think they do, they won’t have the pick of the litter without the Champions League and with a squad filled with question marks. If they want Paratici, they should just keep it quiet and sign him in July once his suspension is over.
