Sergio Conceicao has shown he is not afraid to shake things up at Milan and he makes big changes once again.

Yunus Musah is suspended and Emerson Royal still out injured, but he drops Rafael Leao and Santiago Gimenez to the bench.

The plan had been to start Loftus-Cheek, but the former Chelsea midfielder suffered severe abdominal pains and was rushed to hospital this morning for emergency surgery to remove his appendix.

Instead, Warren Bondo and Youssouf Fofana start, with Christian Pulisic and Joao Felix taking wide roles in support of Abraham.
