Devyne Rensch is very close to joining Roma in the coming days.

As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, negotiations between the two clubs have entered the final stage, and the transfer could be made official soon.

So much so that the player could already miss Ajax’s next match against Heerenveen, scheduled for the weekend, while waiting to define the final details of the agreement.

While Rensch is preparing to leave Amsterdam, Ajax is wasting no time and is aiming to quickly close for his replacement.

The profile identified is that of Georgios Vagiannidis, formerly of Inter, currently at Panathinaikos.
