Juan Larios maintains an optimistic stance about finding his level best form again in the coming seasons.
Over the years, the Premier League 2 has acted as a brilliant talent audition for Premier League outfits. As a rule of thumb, the age-level competition also serves as a game-time winning practice opportunity for some reserve squad players.
And Southampton have also seen the upsides of this strategy with Adam Armstrong, Gavin Bazunu and many other former players. Talking about results, those individuals have seen a surge in their matchday involvements which remains one of the biggest priorities for ambitious players.
Still, everyone's journey doesn't gather a similar momentum as compared to their teammates. Now add a flurry of injuries alongside it, and that delays the individual's knack of playing like before.
To begin, we are talking about Juan Larios who might be lamenting about his fatigue misfortunes every now and then. As a result, his Southampton first-team strides are becoming more harder to accomplish with each passing day.
And the worst part is that the Saints are well aware of Larios' sky-high potential but are left helpless by his injury riddles.
Despite these hardships, there is always a scope for improvement and igniting a comeback. Fortunately, Larios hasn't lost track of his initial ambitions and has laid out his future check-list recently.
Staying undeterred by stumbling blocks is a commendable attitude and Larios must have filled every Southampton fan with pride. That joy could be doubled even further if Larios completes his fitness turnaround and earns a good transfer move in the coming years.
