Spain surge into second after reaching the Nations League semi-finals. La Roja are unbeaten in over a calendar year, a run that includes success at Euro 2024 last summer. France drop to third as a result, with England remaining fourth.

The Netherlands are also climbers, moving above Portugal and into sixth in the rankings. Myanmar (up 7 ranks) are the highest climbers of the latest update, while Guinea-Bissau (down 8 ranks) are the biggest fallers. World Cup co-hosts Canada are at an all-time high of 30th in the world.
