Injuries mean Spurs rotation will be restricted for third-round tie
Ange Postecoglou has taken the opportunity to rest a few tired bodies as Tottenham take on Tamworth in the FA Cup third round but has still named a strong side.
The stretched nature of the Spurs squad means Postecoglou cannot heavily rotate but Dejan Kulusevski and Dominic Solanke are left out of the starting line-up ahead of Wednesday’s north London derby at Arsenal.
Sergio Reguilon starts at left-back with Pedro Porro at right-back. Radu Dragusin and Archie Gray continue at centre-back, with Alfie Dorrington on the bench.
James Maddison and Pape Matar Sarr come back into midfield after being suspended for the 1-0 Carabao Cup win over Liverpool on Wednesday.
Postecoglou had already confirmed that new signing Antonin Kinsky will start in goal and Timo Werner is in attack alongside Mikey Moore.
