Fulham have announced the return of Willian just half a year after he left the club to join Olympiacos.
The 36-year-old joined the Greek outfit on a one-year contract in September last year, but made just three starts and eight substitute appearances before his contract was terminated in December.
The Brazilian now returns to Craven Cottage, where he previously enjoyed a successful two-year spell, scoring 10 goals in 67 appearances in all competitions.
He has signed a contract until the end of the current season, and will wear the number 22 shirt.
“I’m really happy to be back here,” Willian told the club's official website.
“I think it’s a great opportunity again to play for this Club, and I’m fully motivated to get on the pitch and do things well for this Club.
“I’m completely happy, my family’s happy. We are happy to be back, and I think we can do good things until the end of the season, so I can’t wait to start with my teammates and do good things inside the pitch.”
The former Chelsea and Arsenal winger joins a Cottagers side who are currently 9th in the Premier League, and could make his second debut when Marco Silva's team travel to face Wigan Athletic in the FA Cup fourth round this weekend.
