Paris Saint-Germain remain uncertain about their goalkeeping plans, with Gianluigi Donnarumma’s future still unresolved. If the club decides to move on from the 26-year-old this summer, it will likely need to find a replacement in the transfer market.
Donnarumma is under contract through 2026, but a string of costly mistakes has raised concerns within the club. Still, his strong showing against Liverpool in the Champions League Round of 16 helped restore some confidence.
PSG are placing a renewed emphasis on young French talent, and this offseason could present an opportunity to make a change in goal.
As previously reported by SportsZone, the club is monitoring LOSC Lille’s Lucas Chevalier as a potential target. However, any move would likely depend on PSG securing a destination for Donnarumma, who has yet to fully earn the trust of manager Luis Enrique.
Manchester United are also in the market for goalkeeper reinforcements. According to The Sun, the club is keeping tabs on Chevalier and Royal Antwerp’s Senne Lammens, with André Onana potentially heading to Saudi Arabia.

Le Parisien reports that PSG were interested in Chevalier, but Gianluigi Donnarumma’s strong performances have convinced them to stick with their No. 1.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan are already considering three potential replacements for Mike Maignan, who has yet to agree to a contract extension. On their radar are Brighton’s Bart Verbruggen, Atalanta’s Marco Carnesecchi, and Lucas Chevalier.
The report also notes that Maignan’s market value is estimated at around €40 million—a figure Milan are reportedly comfortable with. Still, the club hasn’t given up hope of keeping their star goalkeeper and has tabled a new contract offer.
