Lee Kang-in arrived in Paris in the summer of 2023 after presenting the likes of Valencia and Mallorca. In a short time, he has managed to establish himself as a mainstay in the squad under the guidance of head coach Luis Enrique.

Kang-in has played regularly in the ongoing season as he has six goals and two assists in 26 appearances so far. He is averaging 1.5 shots, 2.3 key passes, and 0.9 dribbles per game (stats via whoscored).
The South Kerean attacker is versatile to play on the right flank or the middle. He is an intelligent, disciplined, and creativity man on the field. He can create threats with his passes and also provide finishing touches to find the back of the net.
A hamstring injury to Bukayo Saka has put him on the sidelines for many weeks to come. Hence, Arsenal are in the market actively search for an attacker who can make instact impact on the field to help them compete for the titles.
Lee Kang-in is one name that has appeared in recent times but the Gunners hesistated to make an official move. The reason being the PSG club wanted only a permanent move for the player and even demand around £40 million fee.
Arsenal find the value high and they don’t want a permanent signing on the first hand. The English giants are ready to sit on the table but only if the French side is ready to give a loan deal with an option to make it permanent.
