Barcelona are actively looking to bolster their attacking options, and one name that has emerged as a serious target is Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli.
In fact, according to reports from Fichajes, the Catalan club are prepared to put forward an offer of €45 million to bring the Brazilian winger to the club.
Martinelli has been a key player for Arsenal in recent seasons, playing a vital role in their attacking setup. However, despite his importance, the Premier League club may be open to letting him leave if a substantial offer arrives.
It is believed that Arsenal would consider selling him only if the bid exceeds his current market valuation, which stands at €55 million. This has given Barcelona an opportunity to step in with a competitive proposal to test the Gunners’ resolve.
The La Liga giants are reportedly keen on adding a dynamic winger to their squad and view Martinelli as a perfect fit.
Given his speed, technical skills, and ability to contribute with goals, he could be an ideal reinforcement for Barcelona’s forward line.

At just 23 years old, he is still developing and has the potential to become a long-term asset for the club.
Barcelona’s proposal does not solely rely on a cash offer. To make the deal more appealing for Arsenal, they are also considering including a player as part of the transaction.
This would help lower the financial burden on the Spanish club while giving the Gunners an additional option to strengthen their squad.
While Arsenal have yet to make a final decision, they are said to be evaluating the offer and the potential benefits of such a move.
At the same time, Arsenal are exploring the transfer market and could use the funds from Martinelli’s sale to make their own reinforcements.
While they are not desperate to offload him, the right offer could tempt them into negotiating.
Discussions are ongoing, and this summer could prove decisive in determining whether Martinelli remains in the Premier League or makes a high-profile switch to La Liga.
