Barcelona starlet Pablo Torre has made a call regarding his future for the remainder of the campaign.
That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have on Wednesday provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes in Catalunya’s capital.
Youngster Torre, for his part, has of course seen his opportunities to contribute gradually decrease at Barcelona across the season to date.
After initially playing an important role in Hansi Flick’s squad amid a shortage of options in the middle of the park, the 21-year-old has since been afforded just two starts since all the way back in late September.
This comes with the likes of Dani Olmo, Fermín López and Gavi now back fully fit and firing.
Such struggles had given rise to mounting speculation in the media of late, pointing towards a potential January loan exit for Torre.
If the latest word doing the rounds on Wednesday is anything to go by, however, then the Spaniard will be going nowhere this month.
As per a report from Mundo Deportivo:
‘Pablo Torre has already made a decision. The Cantabrian midfielder is not considering leaving Barça in this winter transfer market.’
Ahead of a busy few months ahead for Barcelona, Torre is ready to stay put, to fight for his place in Hansi Flick’s ranks.
