A member of the loan ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has agreed to take his talents to Italy, to link up with Cesc Fàbregas’ Como.
That’s according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, who points towards Álex Valle as the player in question.
Youngster Valle has for his part spent the season to date plying his trade with Scottish champions Celtic.
The left-back never quite managed to solidify his place as an undisputed starter, but had featured from the off in 10 outings across all competitions, chipping in with five assists along the way.
And, evidently, across these appearances, Valle did enough to convince those behind the scenes at the aforementioned Como of his talents.
This comes amid confirmation on the part of the aforementioned Fabrizio Romano that the 20-year-old’s loan with Celtic is set to be cut short, to allow Valle to join Italian outfit Como.
A verbal agreement has been reached with Barcelona, with Como set to have the option to make the deal a permanent one in the summer for a fee in the region of €6 million.
