Mohamed Salah’s future is still up in the air, with just six weeks to go before the Liverpool legend is able to sign a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs.
Like fellow leaders Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold, time is running out for Liverpool’s Sporting Director Richard Hughes to strike a deal to keep Salah at the club.
Salah plays nearly every minute of every game for Arne Slot, and recently admitted during an interview with the club that he's been thinking a lot about his future.
"When Bobby left, for example, you realise that everybody will leave one day," Salah said. "So I don’t take that for granted.
Slot has found a way to take Salah to the next level this season, with his performances as impressive as ever since he made the move to Anfield in 2017. The Egyptian forward seems to have found new motivation this year and is one of the team's driving forces as they make a claim for silverware in Slot's first season at the helm.
