AC Milan are getting ready to head to Genoa on Serie A Matchday 35, scheduled for Monday 5 May at 20:45 CEST at the Luigi Ferraris stadium in Marassi. Conceição's side are ready to give their all against Vieira's boys. With the season coming to its final stages, every point is key for the Rossoneri's chase for a European spot. Let's get ready for kick-off with our Match Preview:

LATEST FROM MILANELLO  AC Milan are coming into the game in mixed form. Last weekend, we secured a good 2-0 win over Venezia, showing our defensive solidity and decisiveness in attack. However, this did come straight after a 0-1 home loss to Atalanta. Before that, we put in a clean win in Udine (4-0) but that was also after a bitter-sweet draw against Fiorentina (2-2). In Coppa Italia, AC Milan showed their character, dominating the Derby, and giving us extra confidence and new energy. The Rossoneri are determined to give everything right until the end. Jović is back, but Abraham, Bondo and Sottil are unavailable. We should start in our "regular" 3-4-3.

"We work to prepare a game at a time" - said Conceição in his press conference - "always trying to improve as a team. We are still looking for consistency, and above all balance throughout games. We feel this responsibility every day, and we know that we have done well in the league and we regret this".

LATEST FROM GENOA Genoa are going through a mixed period, despite securing guaranteed safety. Recently, the Rossoblù have suffered two consecutive defeats without scoring: 0-1 to Como and 0-2 at home against Lazio. Vieira's side will be looking to find their way to goal and to take points for the first time since their draw to Verona in mid-April. This game against the Rossoneri is an opportunity for them to get out of this poor run. Otoa is back, but Cornet, Cuenca, Ekuban, Onana and Malinovskyi are all unavailable.

Vieira stated, "We have reached our mathematical objective but we need to finish well, for our fans and the Club. We must have the right attitude: intensity, drive and energy. Looking at AC Milan's attacking and individual quality, and their goal of getting European football, I expect that they will be coming here to win".
